To the Editor: Naomi Andrews for Congress: an opportunity
While every election provides us voters a chance to make a change or have our voices be heard, this year we have a unique opportunity to elect a truly unique candidate: Naomi Andrews district NH1.
Naomi not only knows how to win in the first district (one of the most competitive in the country), but she also knows how to govern in the first district; from her experience working as Carol Shea-Porter’s Chief of Staff and from leading two winning Congressional campaigns as Carol’s campaign manager, Naomi has proven her commitment to her state and her country, as well as her ability to run, win, and lead.
But why I’m really voting for Naomi: Because she’s the most honest, sincerest, straightest talking, cut the crap candidate I’ve ever met. Out of all the candidates, which there are many and all wonderful people, Naomi is the most New Hampshire out of all of them. A small-town girl from Epping, who refuses Super PAC money, has climbed every 4,000-foot mountain in NH and runs 5K races like you and I brush our teeth, Naomi already works harder than any politician or candidate I’ve ever seen. I have no doubt I will be proud to call her my Congresswoman. I’m not a very good runner and I doubt any of us will ever be able to keep up with her, but for all the reasons above, and the sincerity and earnestness of her spirit, I am running with Naomi Andrews.
I hope on Sept. 11 you decide to run with us too.
